Which file formats can I convert?+
Convertly detects your uploaded file and shows only technically valid output formats supported by the installed conversion engines.
How much can I convert for free?+
The free size limit and price can be configured separately for every tool by the administrator. The default converter limit is 200 MB.
What happens to my uploaded files?+
Files are stored temporarily for processing and are automatically removed after the configured retention period.
Can I manually fix a background removal?+
Yes. The background editor includes erase and restore brushes so you can correct areas that the automatic removal missed.
How are paid conversions processed?+
When a job exceeds its free limit, Convertly creates a Razorpay order. Processing starts only after the server verifies the successful payment signature.
